 Moonstone is composed of 2 feldspar, orthoclase and albite.  When there is light, it will have an 'adularescence' effect.

 This is commercial grade moonstone with little fire.  However the price is a good deal.  There are BIG variation of luster, color and clearness of quartz due to the nature of the stone.  You MAY receive some beads much different than the picture shown above.

Some people believes this stone can protect you like a mother to a child, with love and care to eternity.


*My Opinion*

Adularescence is a milky luster or glow from below the surface of moonstone.  The light appears to move as the stone is turned , looks like the lunar light floating on water.
